WWW READSEQ Sequence Conversion
Function: Converts input DNA/AA sequence to pretty format (Input format is determined automatically).
As of Feb. 3, 2006, Sequence Conversion uses the JAVA version of the READSEQ program (Readseq version 2.1.22 (02-May-2005) , developed by Dr. Don Gilbert, Information on READSEQ is maintained at the IUbio Archive site at University of Indiana.

Additional Pretty formatting options:
Mixed Case Lower Case Upper Case
Remove Gap Symbols ('-') Count Gaps for Index #'s Placed Left/Right

Sequence Per line Per Group (0 = no grouping)
Spacing Zero One Two Three Lines
